How will points be awarded?

Points are awarded starting at $2,500 minimum spend. Each spend level reached will increase the number of points you receive. Points only increase when a new spend level is reached. You will be able to redeem points for gift cards or products from The Home Depot or your favorite brands.

When will I see my BEHR PRO HONORS points in my account?

BEHR will be updating your BEHR PRO HONORS points once per week during the duration of the program. Points are based on sales data collected through the purchase history of your Home Depot Pro Xtra™ transaction history. There is a 1–2-week delay in tracking spend from The Home Depot.

How do I get my eGift Card?

Once you redeem your BEHR PRO HONORS points for any eGift card, you should receive an email with information on how to complete the redemption process and access the eGift Card for use. This PDF will help you understand the general process for completing your eGift Card purchase.

Who do I contact if I have an issue accessing the BEHR PRO HONORS storefront or a problem with an order?

How do I update my email address?

Reach out to your BEHR Pro Rep and have them update the system. You can also update your preferences at the BEHR^® Pro Preference Center.

How do I create a BEHR PRO HONORS account?

All primary contacts eligible to participate in the BEHR PRO HONORS program will have an account created for you. The account will be associated with your BEHR PRO HONORS account email address on file. You will receive an email once your BEHR PRO HONORS account has been created with instructions on how to log in.

Must be an active BEHR managed account as of August 31, 2023, to be eligible for the program.
